18 Principles of Pitamakar Padriji Part-1

18 Principles of Pitamakar Padriji
18 Principles of Pitamakar Padriji

1. Proper meditation should be practiced. Anapanasati meditation is the right meditation. This should be taught to others. Do not do strenuous asanas or breathing exercises.

Actions like these make the mind active. Meditation is a state of mindlessness. Mind does not go into inactivity due to difficult processes.

Sukhastra Asana is the ideal posture for meditation. Don't even bother keeping your back straight. Accept the support of the wall and sit leaning. Sitting like this will help you stay in a meditative state for a long time.

We can create an energy ring by closing our eyes and binding our hands and feet. Then it is enough to observe our natural breathing. The mind does not operate in the present moment as a function of the breath.

2. Read high quality spiritual books. For example, read books by Osho, Lopsang Ramba, Carlos Castinoda, Annie Besant, Linda Goodman, Jane Roberts, Deepak Chopra and Sylvia Brown.

These are just a few examples. There are innumerable Buddhas from countless masters all over the world.

You must search and read everything. If you know other languages, you can read books in that language, otherwise, you can read translated books.

Reading this book will expand our knowledge. Also communicates intimately with respective teachers.

3. To share meditation experiences and other life experiences with other meditators. This will give clarity to others. There is an understanding that experiences are natural.

The ego that sometimes develops in us due to having more experiences can disappear with the understanding that these experiences happen to others. Not everyone's experiences are necessarily the same.

4. After meditating with eyes closed, remain as silent as possible while opening eyes and engaging in other tasks. The cosmic energy available through meditation is not wasted but conserved through silence.

When there is silence, inner understandings will increase, and the habit of witnessing will be formed. The patience to listen to the other person will also develop. You will stop interfering in other people's affairs. No

....sy talk will disappear.

5. Full moon days are best used for transcendental meditation as cosmic energy is available. Two days before full moon and new moon days and even two days later we can get extra power of cosmic energy.

And the power of the cosmic energy increases threefold during the meditation done during these days. We must not miss it and take advantage of it.

6. Pyramid Shakti should be used for meditation. Researchers have proven that the pyramid is an amazing design whose golden angle holds and amplifies the energies of matter.

Scientists say that this structure, especially in the area known as the royal chamber, has power flow to the extent that the doors to the worlds in the next dimensions are opened. The power of meditation performed under this will increase threefold.
