The body has spontaneous knowledge. The body is subjected to various desires by the stimulation of its five senses and enjoys it to the fullest. The mind is formed by the experiences and memories of a person as he grows. Usually, these records contain lessons from the past and expectations of the future. The next level of knowledge of the mind is formed by the information and ideas we enjoy learning, but this knowledge is also developed by our own thoughts. When these become our own experiences, wisdom is generated. Where is the testimony in this?
It is in this witness consciousness that we perceive ourselves as a particle of the universe. Who cares for the actions of the body, the delusions of the mind, the ego of knowledge, and the understanding of knowledge? The cosmic cosmos watches everything as a witness and does not interfere with anything, so can man be irresponsible in any way he likes? It is there that the magnificent cosmic law of divine power emerges. The whole truth of the universe is bound by this law. This is the law of cause and effect.
Here, although we are free to do anything, we are not allowed to interfere with its consequences. Simply put, it is permissible to raise one leg and not to raise the other leg. If we want to change outcomes, we can only change our actions. Meditation is needed to realize this wonderful law perfectly. Through meditation we learn to live in the present moment. It is easy to get rid of the effects called karma.
Moreover, we can feel that the cosmic witness consciousness is also at work within. We avoid interfering with other cosmic events because of the understanding that all other cosmic events happen exactly in the correct way. Both witness consciousness and non-interference are possible only through meditation
